    Had the a double room which was impressive with nice view. A safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator were provided. The breakfast was varied, the check in was quick. Location of hotel was favourable and unbeatable and the shuttle to down town was a big plus. I appreciated the fact that it was a 15-minute walk from the subway.

    The good outweighs the bad (barely)

    The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety, and the gym was well-equipped, especially with free weights.

    The location is quite distant from shopping areas. The room decor feels dated and could use some refreshing.

    Nice rooms. Buffet was good.

    Customer service was horrific. No one helped us with our bags stepping out of the taxi. I made a complaint about being given the incorrect price at the front desk (later corrected), but was laughed at initially. The hotel was 5 star, but the customer service definitely wasn't.

    Nice hotel with views over the river to HK. Nice staff and rooms. Good choice for breakfast. Shuttle bus to metro station and passport control for entering HK.

    Shuttle bus not regular enough - just a few times a day at fixed times so reliant on taxis. Not much around the area within walking distance - restaurants, sights, etc.

    The gym is really big, even better than a fitness center. The breakfast has alot of choice definately a plus.

    The arrival was bad, staff is not so good, and everything was closed. I chose the hotel also for the swimmingpool and roof terrace, however both closed same as the 2 other restaurants. Probably because of chinese newyear, but at least it should be Informed on their website. The rooms are a bit old and outdated, however it is still clean. There supposed to be free shuttle to subway, but it seems to go every hour or even longer. Its 15 minutes walk to futian checkpoint station, and nothing around the hotel.
